Eric is a highly experienced qualified personal trainer. He received his formal education in fitness and health in Canada and Hong Kong. Eric can help you to improve general fitness and health, with particular focus on weight management, building muscle, increasing flexibility and enhancing cardiovascular ability. He is also a specialist in sports performance, Pilates reformer instruction, fitness for older and sport massage. Eric is also an experienced martial artist trained in Tae Kwon Do and Muay Thai Boxing.
